I have started my own freelance design studio last year. I employed 3 girls. One of them is from rural area. The problem she faced is lack of smooth internet connection. Another girl is a housewife but have a degree in English honors. She is amazing in content writing. We must have proper access to internet in all over India. This way we can get in touch with more talent. The urban areas got all the facilities and this make talents flown to overseas.
